After completing his mbbs , he pursued masters in orthopaedic surgery.
During his residency he had vast exposure to various aspects of spine surgery .
After completing his masters he worked as a lecturer in bvp hospital pune.
He moved to uk for further training and fellowships in spine surgery
He worked at RJAH Oswestry,UK one of the world renowned institutes for spine surgery first as a senior fellow and then as a senior registrar .
He was trained in minimally invasive spine surgery and fully endoscopic spine surgery during his time at Oswestry,UK
In 2023 after returning to India he joined symbiosis hospital and research centre as a consultant spine surgeon .
From Jan 2024 he has helped establish a dedicated spine clinic/unit and is working as head of the spine unit at Symbiosis Hospital Pune
He is also working as a consultant spine surgeon at kem hospital pune ,which is one of the oldest hospitals in pune
